Office Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Fee Structure:
First Consultation: $175 plus supplements
Thereafter: $125 per visit plus supplements
Payment is expected at time of visit.
Cancellations and Rescheduling of Appointments
Clients must notify the office of a cancellation no less than 24 hours before their appointment. If no notice is given and the appointment is missed, the client must pay the full price of the visit.
Clients may ask to change the appointment day and time no less than 24 hours before their scheduled visit.
Contacting the Office:
Phone calls to the office will be answered during office
hours only. At other times you may leave a message, however the calls will be returned during office hours only.
Long Distance Surrogate Clients are limited to two 15 minute addiitonal phone
question/answer sessions. Additional phone time will be charged at $95/hour in 15 minute increments.
Emergencies (when the office is closed):
In the case of an emergency during non-office hours, consult your family doctor, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Note: Running out of supplements does not constitute an emergency!
Replacing supplemnts can always wait till the next office business day without affecting your progress.
