APPOINTMENTS
..Can be made by calling the office during business hours (Tues. through Friday 9am - 5pm) at (845) 679-7892.  We ask for 24 hours notice for any requested changes or cancellations.

Appointments are usually made at 2 week intervals when you will be retested and reevaluated for further supplementation.

PLEASE BRING ...
All prescription medications and supplements that you are presently taking, as well as a sample of your drinking water.

PAYMENTS...
Payments are expected at the time of your appointment.  You may pay with cash, check, Master or Visa cards.

SURROGATE APPOINTMENTS
Through the use of a client's photo, Lainy has developed a method of long distance testing.  Although office visits are preferred, Lainy has successfullly treated clients who she has never met. 

Surrogate appointments must be paid by credit card.  A phone consultation and a follow up letter describing your progress will be sent along with the necessary supplements.
