Office Hours & Policies
Office Hours: Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
First Consultation: $200 plus supplements
Thereafter: $150 per visit plus supplements
Outside business hours: $200 per visit
Contacting the Office: Phone calls will be answered during office hours only. If you call at other times, you may leave a message and your call will be returned during office hours. (845) 679-7892
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients must notify the office of a cancellation or change no less than 24 hours before the appointment. If no notice is given and the appointment is missed, the client must pay the full price of the visit.
Emergencies (when the office is closed):
In the case of an emergency during non-office hours, consult your family doctor, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
Note: Running out of supplements does not constitute an emergency! Replacing supplements can always wait until the next office business day without affecting your progress.
Appointments can be made by calling the office during business hours. They usually occur at 2 week intervals when you will be re-tested and re-evaluated for further supplementation.
Please Bring: All prescription medications and supplements that you are presently taking, as well as a sample of your drinking water.
Payments: Payments are expected at the time of your appointment. You may pay with Cash, Check, Master or Visa cards.
Surrogate Appointments: Through a phone consultation and the use of a client's photo, I have developed a method of long-distance testing. Although office visits are preferred, I have successfully treated clients whom I have never met.
Surrogate appointments must be paid by credit card. A follow-up letter describing your progress will be sent along with the necessary supplements.
Surrogate clients are limited to two 15 minute additional phone question/answer sessions. Additional phone time will be charged at $150/hour in 15 minute increments.
